Before she ever owned a business, Kendra Wiiest was a 911 operator. Day in and day out, she answered calls from people at their most overwhelmed—calming chaos, asking the right questions, and helping them take action under pressure. She didn’t know it then, but those same skills would one day become the foundation of her work as a business advisor.
Based in Spokane, WA, Kendra owned and operated multiple businesses, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. Her strong connections with the local business community and her first-hand experience with the unique dynamics of the area make her a valuable resource for fellow entrepreneurs.
Kendra’s journey from a former 911 operator to an award winning business advisor has taught her the true value of living intentionally and cherishing what matters most. When Kendra isn’t working with clients, she cherishes quality time with her family. Traveling, camping, fishing, and snowboarding are among her passions, which she enjoys sharing with her four incredible children. Kendra, founder of Profectus, combines her experience as a 911 operator and business owner to drive purposeful living. Based in Spokane, WA, she leverages her extensive business management experience and local connections to support entrepreneurs. She excels in business education, leadership, marketing, team building, stress management, and financial mastery. Outside work, Kendra enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with her four children, enriching her understanding of work-life balance.
Shavon
Marketing Specialist
Shavon is a creative Marketing Specialist known for her innovative campaigns and her motto, “Progress over perfection.” Although she didn’t initially pursue marketing, she discovered her passion for it seven years ago and remains excited by its dynamic nature. She values completing projects and personal development, inspired by books like “Eat That Frog” and “Atomic Habits.” Outside of work, Shavon enjoys line dancing, reading, and spending time with her family, as well as relaxing by the pool, enjoying game nights, and having bonfires.
Taylor
Administrative Specialist
Taylor, our Administrative Specialist, excels in supporting the team and enjoys the creative aspects of her role. She finds purpose in helping others and balancing her professional life with motherhood. Outside work, Taylor loves reading, writing, and photography, and values time with her husband and their two kids. Originally from Cincinnati, she now relaxes in nature, whether hiking, swimming, or enjoying serene moments at the beach or mountains.
