Based in Spokane, WA, Kendra owned and operated multiple businesses, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. When Kendra isn’t working with clients, she cherishes quality time with her family. Why do I need a business consultant?
For the same reason that top athletes, CEO, and entrepreneurs in the world all have coaches, consultants, and/or mentors.
A qualified business consultant can see the big picture while guiding business owners through their own blind spots. Coaches and consultants pull out details, introduce new ideas, and inspire business owners to get further than they could on their own.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
While we do ask members to agree in writing to a mutually beneficial understanding of services, we don’t require long-term contracts. That means we ask our members to agree to do the work asked of them, and in return, we guarantee a return on their investment.
That said, working with a coach or consultant for the long term is always a great idea. Our programs have proven strategies that work, and we are confident that business owners can reach their vision of success.
What determines the coaching process? How do I know what I'm getting into?
First, a consultant and business owner will sit down and create a road map together. Every business owner is at a different stage in their business and has different goals than others, so each program is unique to the business owner.
Then, throughout sessions, the consultant and business owner will work toward the goals, mindset issues, challenges, and processes together. The consultant will identify blind spots and roadblocks, offer strategies, and guide the business owner through challenges to help them reach the results they desire.
How can you understand my business or industry?
You are the expert in your industry. Consultants are experts on business principles and development: setting and achieving goals, mindset challenges, guidance, leadership and team development, strategies, ideas, revenue and profit growth, marketing strategies, relevant connections, and efficiencies. We don’t do the work for you, but instead teach you how and where to “fish”.
